These terms apply to the PlotIQ website and to the PlotIQ platform accessed by approved professionals.
Access
PlotIQ operates in controlled private beta. Access is granted individually to verified real estate, development and investment professionals following review and a signed non-disclosure agreement, and may be suspended or revoked at any time.
Permitted use
Access is personal and non-transferable. Accounts, credentials, reports and exports may not be shared, resold, scraped, republished or used to build a competing dataset or service.
Information and analysis
Planning data, valuations, feasibility outputs and reports are indicative intelligence intended to support professional judgement. They are not advice, a valuation certificate, or a substitute for official records and independent verification.
Confidentiality
Material accessed inside the platform is confidential and governed by the non-disclosure agreement accepted at registration.
Liability
PlotIQ is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PlotIQ is not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform output or from interruptions in service.
